The Nordic Electricity Market Forum 2025, the annual event of the Nordic Electricity Market Group, will take place at Oslo’s new main library, Deichman Bjørvika, on 5-6 May, 2025. This year we will focus on issues connected to Nordic competitiveness. The Draghi report on European competitiveness from September 2024, complemented by the recently published Action Plan for Affordable Energy and the Clean Industrial Deal, is the basis for this year’s programme and breakout group discussions.
The forum will be opened by Norway’s minister of Petroleum and Energy, Terje Aasland, followed by a keynote speech by Bo Diczfalusy, Sweden’s special investigator of the electricity market. Day two will be opened by Lukasz Kolinski, Director for Green Transition and Energy System Integration at the Directorate-General for Energy at the EU Commission.
